22/08/2012 tynaarlo zelf is niet zo veel aan maaar de natuur er om heen is prachtig.
vele leuke terassen die je tegenkomt als je gaat fietsen of toeren in de auto.

16/07/2012 In Tynaarlo zelf is niet veel, behalve n schitterende omgeving. Maar zuidlaren biedt alles wat je nodig hebt.

24/10/2011 tynaarlo bevat een aantal winkels te weten een bakker(brood komt van de bakker uit vries) anex vvv anex supermarktje voor de 1e levensbehoeften. Verder zit er in er een drogisterij met van alles en nog wat zoals de krant, speelgoed en leesvoer.
Tynaarlo bevat ook een hunebed. Het is een gemoedelijk dorp waar iedereen elkaar groet

05/04/2010 Veel valt er over dit dorp niet te vertellen omdat er niets is anders dan een goede verbinding naar Groningen en Assen. Wel ideaal gelegen als startpunt voor fietstochten.

29/07/2010 Tynaarlo ligt prachtig gelegen tussen Assen, Groningen, Zuidlaren en beek- & esdorpenlandschap De Drentse Aa. Ook het Zijerveld ligt op fietsafstand. De omgeving is fantastisch om te Fietsen en te wandelen.
Het dorpje is ook heel schattig als je van de hoofdweg afgaat. Het heeft echt een Drentse brink met oude boerderijen.
