21/10/2009 Wonderful for the children, the park is peaceful and close to many attractions in nearby towns. The house was comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.

18/06/2009 Next to the IJsselmeer for boating and the drive to other villages and the cheese market in Alkmaar was so easy. The park was nice and quiet with all the facilities on the edge at the adjoining park.
Would like some more trees maybe...
The restaurants are comfortable and not too far away.
Good holiday location, will recommend to our friends.

25/05/2008 We have just returned from a weekend with family at ijsselhof.
we had cottage 706, complete with children's toys.
and very near to the gate for the path.
Nice to open the sliding patio doors and fish with hook and line.
and it is nice that there is much space around the cottage and spacious bedrooms.
The facilities were not very luxurious, but very cosy and cheap.
only the pool was quite cold and the water too.
we can advise this place.
however, 1 tip! do bring along a life jacket for small children, like we did, then you can sit more relaxed.
The park is, as it happens, really surrounded by water.

14/05/2008 We stayed a weekend with friends at IJsselhof in Andijk. Neat park with beautiful, clean, spacious bungalow. provided with all modern comforts (in our case incl. sauna). Entertainment is sufficiently present for children (pool, playground, children's farm etc.). We have especially explored the surrounding area (among other things Medemblik and Enkhuizen). Friday we went for dinner at restaurant Meijer in Andijk. Situated in an old church, very special and wonderful food. We had left our bicycles at home, but real cyclists can cycle to their heart's content in this area. In short, this accommodation is a must and in our opinion certainly worth another visit.

13/05/2008 excellent, clean, nice suitable, beautiful, luxurious cottage (no. 775) incl. sauna, steam shower, bubble bath, dish washer and a real leather lounge sofa, not one of those cheap wooden sofas. Also there is a nice pallet at the cottage. The owners, a couple, are very pleasant and helpful. Also very nice for children. really perfect value for money. Not a big commercial park. really a must. And nice and close to the ijsselmeer. You can also make a wonderful walk over the dike. There is enough to see and do in the area. Also they are not fussy when you arrive before 3pm at on the park, the cottage is clean, therefore we could go to our cottage straight away; ideal. other parks could learn something from it, no long queues in front of the reception at 3pm. In short; a real must.
