room service food not what was ordered.rooms not cleaned whilst their.room smelled of raw sewage,no change as fully booked,given smellies.booked coffee and tea not supplied(had to be on their backs regarding virtually everything.dinner not cooked as requested,spoiling meal.Staff members who dealt with problems,were great,must be kept busy dealing with problems all the time.backpackers would be cheaper and quality would be better.
