I have stayed here a few times and the services gets better everytime. This time i stayed with my wife and daughter (7 months old), the help we recieved was fantastic. What made it for me was the fact that i did not need to ask anyone.
The week before i left my passport in the hotel and checked out. Within minutes i had an email to say that they hve kept it safe and either i can pick it up or they cn keep it for my revisit. On top of the the guy at the reception saw me in the city and told me too.
There are 3 staff in particular i would like to thank, two people on reception Tabea and Lasa and the waiter at Tom.
I would recommend to stay
