16/08/2011 De vuurtoren van Breskens is wat anders dan anders. Niet zo groot, achthoekig en gesitueerd buitendijks. Dat is zo gekomen na een dijkverhoging. Markante toren, waar je langs fietst richting Cadzand. Is de toren nog wel in functie? Naar men zegt is hij te koop. Zou wel een leuke recreatiewoning kunnen zijn met zicht op de monding van de Westerschelde. Nadeel: je hebt de wind altijd uit de eerst hand.
