13/08/2007 We've been going to the quinta for 10 years, with our family. It has become our 2nd home. At that place there were no Dutch, French, British or Germans. Only Portuguese and Spanish tourists. No loud music, no gymnastics at the pool. Nice and peaceful spot. It had a pool and the rooms had an airco. Elvas was a wonderful city and there was a lot to explored in the surroundings. This is the first time I'm writing a review, because I wanted to keep this place a secret.

08/12/2006 The Estalagem was a lovely farmstead, that was still operating. A part of it was a hotel. The room had a nice interior with antique furniture. It was quite remoted and you needed a car to reach it. A very quiet place. I recommend it.
