27/10/2012 Porto Covo bestaat voor 90% uit vakantiehuizen die in het voor- en naseizoen onbewoond zijn. In het oude gedeelte van het dorp is één straatje met een paar restaurants. De omschrijving 'schilderachtig vissersdorpje' is ons inziens zwaar overdreven.
