Silmar looked like a nice apartment, at first sight. The location wasn't that great. On top of a mountain; you had to climb/descend a lot of stairs to reach to old centre. A supermarket was within a 3 minutes walk. The service was okay. The cleaning wasn't that great. Only twice a week we received clean towels. For persons who shower every day, that wasn't enough. The interior was very simple. But that didn't matter too much, since you weren't in your apartment that much anyway. The beds were REALLY bad, too hard and they were squeaking. I wouldn't go there with children. They wasn't a baby pool available. It was a nice place, but it could use some improvements.
