A cosy place, nice beaches. Not exactly beautiful, but very cosy with some lovely diners. It's easy to visit Lisbon from Cascais by car or train. I want to come back some day. I visited it twice now.
I'm not into going to the beach, so I didn't rate it. The beaches seemed to be clean, well kept and cosy though. Our hotel, vila gale cascais was very good. A clean, large room with a kitchen, good beds, good and large breakfast. A small but lovely pool.
After one time we're still hooked to Cascais. An awesome city with kind people. Some of them are a bit weird. Good restaurants. You almost become a Portuguese yourself. We made a lot of friends.
