25/06/2009 Generally , we feel positive about the hotel: The room size and location certainly met our needs. However, the a/c was not working well in our room and when we approached them about it they sent someone but it could not be repaired and they did offer us another room, to their credit, but we decided to stay in the room since it was not too uncomfortable and moving everything for one more night was not what we wanted. It would have been nice if they had compensated in another way..perhaps a small discount on our room rate or some other gesture. When we went to the bar on the second floor we sat for a good 15 minutes and were not served and people who came in after us were so we left. We asked a question about some events in Moscow while we were there and they didnotgetbacktousaspromised.
