25/06/2009 The room was very comfortable and the facilities good. The free internet was great and 'just worked' without having to be set up at all. Oh, and the breakfast was wonderful: full range of cooked and non-cooked available as a buffet with never-ending streams of coffee or tea as required.

25/06/2009 A very clean, modern hotel just off South Bridge and only 10 minutes or so from The Royal Mile. Very friendly staff, with good room facilities and good standard of breakfasts; value for money and worth a revisit

25/06/2009 Clean comfortable modern hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. Very quiet location. Parking is limited and the Hotel has an arrangement with a car park but it is ten minutes walk away. Lived up to the reviews we read before we booked, would recommend as a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.

25/06/2009 I would recommend this hotel to other, but on two occassions during my week long stay we were given sheets with holes in them eventhough we were paid extra to upgrade to an executive level room.

25/06/2009 We enjoyed an excellent stay at Ten Hill Place. Ideally located a 15 minute walk from Waverley, we found the staff friendly and the service good. The room was lovely and whilst not huge it was the perfect size for a weekend break. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it was very good value for money.

25/06/2009 ideal hotel for professionals, especially if working/teaching at the central university sites. Everything worked as it should. It was quiet, comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast options were passable.
