Several weeks ago I tried to contact Ballindaroch Country House (BCH) through mails, sms, and even I sent a note via BCH's own homepage. I wanted to inform about change of credit card and to ask if everything was still ok with our booking. We had paid our deposit 5 months earlier, but wanted to make sure that we did not run into any issues about paying for the rest of our balance because the credit card used for the deposit had been changed. Even after several attempt we got no response at all back from BCH!! Then I finally last week contacted eviivo.com (we booked our stay through them), who the following day could inform that BCH had cancelled my reservation without any explanation at all! Strangely enough the mobile number I called was later closed down and their homepage can no longer be accessed. Maybe they have gone out of business?
Anyway, I now have to find another hotel for my family only few weeks before our arrival to Scotland. Newer go there. The worst expereince ever.
