de ganse stad malaga is prachtig - kleine steegjes - grote straten en lanen- mooie gebouwen - haven met cruise boten - goede restaurants in alle budgetten - je hebt er alles

In het centrum bevinden zich meerdere historische monumenten, één van de oudste is het Romeinse amphitheater uit 200 jaar na Christus. Verbazingwekkend genoeg, werd het toevallig ontdekt in de tweede helft van deze eeuw tijdens opgravingswerk bij de bouw van de Casa de la Cultura. Die werd uiteindelijk opgeofferd om het theater in zijn geheel op te graven. Via de smalle heuvel langs het amphitheater, bereik je het Moorse paleis "La Alcazaba."
