22/06/2008 We stayed for 6 nights in hotel Principal. Fine location in the heart of Barcelona. The subway and bus are very close to the hotel. The hotel was very neat and tidy, rooms got cleaned daily, fine simple breakfast and free internet available. Definitely recommendable if you want to visit Barcelona for a few days.

10/06/2008 Have been to this hotel for 5 days, ideal for citytrip. Breakfast was well taken care of. Rooms very clearn and neat. No sounds inconvenience. Free internet. Certainly a recommend.
From airport a half an hour by bus, after that a 15 minute walk or with the metro. Is close by subway or taxi. Nearby Ramblas.
From subway Licieu go right, hospitalstreet, and then after the church left again.
Toerist bus for 2 days is a recommend. You get out somewhere and after every 5 min you take the next bus further. Park Güell and La Sagrada Familia is something you must have seen and Soccer stadium Camp Nou is also very beautiful.
Many nice stores and outlet shop mango is also very cheap. Located in Girona street, we did it with the subway or by foot.

10/06/2008 Have been to Barcelona for 5 days in June. From airport it's a half an hour by bus, then a 15 minute walk to the hotel. From subway Licieu go to the right,enter hospital street, and then left after the church. Hotel is excellent for a citytrip. Breakfast was well taken care of. Rooms are tidy and clean. You can use free internet, always handy to search for something for a city like Barcelona. No hindrance of sound inconvenience. Nearby Ramblas. Sparwinkel is in the same street, just 25 meters away.
Toerist bus for 2 days is a recommend. You see a lot and you can board rightaway.
You must have seen Park Güell and La Sagrada Familia too. Nice stores and also go to outletshop mango, very cheap, is located in Girona street. Hotel is totally super.

09/06/2008 Very good hotel! Excellentl location, everything on walking distance. Room, hygiene, breakfast are all excellent.

Personnel is polight, but not very kind. But that is always the same with Catalanen, right?
Barcalona is a beautiful city and therefore, a stay in hotel Principal fis a good choice.

15/08/2007 Really nice location, the staff can be a bit difficult at times and the rooms are really small especially the rooms for two. It was clean and well maintained.

14/08/2007 Nice hotel, the staff were really friendly. Great location, near the centre, the harbour and the beach. We hired bicycles, this meant we could get everywhere really easily.

04/09/2007 Really Nice Hotel! It was really cheap, but it was also really nice. The rooms were clean, every room had its own shower. There was a lift and the rooms were really clean, they also had a flat screen TV and a luxurious bathroom. The service was also excellent. Can really recommend this Hotel!!! It was really near the Ramblas and the centre of Barcelona. Managed to book the Flamenco show in Cordobes through the hotel, this was completely amazing.
