Nice and trendy hotel.
We arrived at eleven o'clock on Monday and we could immediately check into our amazing room. The room was nicely decorated and had a double bed and atmospheric lighting. The bathroom was really nice, designer furniture and a glass wall connecting it to the bedroom.
There was even a large plasma TV on the large desk.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, every single morning. The roof patio has a pool and a Jacuzzi built in. You can relax here on one of the deckchairs or in the lounge which is located nearby.
The hotel has an excellent location, just outside the busy city centre. It's about a ten minute walk to the Ramblas.
We had such a nice holiday.
The only downsides to this hotel is that there wasn't a bar, the soundproofing could have been a bit better too (we could also have been unlucky and had noisy neighbours).
Really great base for our city trip. We stayed in the trendy Soho Hotel. The Hotel was opened in September 2006. We stayed in a really modern and spacious room with everything we needed (modern bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet, air-conditioning, flat screen and domotica). Decorated in green and grey tints. The top floor of the hotel has an outdoor (un-heated) swimming pool with a built in Jacuzzi. It had deckchairs and a comfortable lounge area as well. The 1st floor which served a delicious continental breakfast had another lounge area. All the staff (receptionists included) were really friendly and helpful. You can check in after 14.00 and you don't have to check out till 12.00. The hotel has a free internet area and a parking lot (which you have to pay for). All in all I can really recommend the Soho hotel, both for business and pleasure.
