Reviews Bungalow Playa Arena (Villenpark Cala Canyelles)****

05/09/2007 we got a different accomodation than the one we booked. We had booked a double apartment and we got a cottage with 6 rooms. One would think that it is very luxury, with lots of space with it but the furnishing was very old fashioned, had a lot of bother from ants throughout the entire house, it smelled really bad ( Bought 5 air fresheners to get rid of the bad smell. Other than that we had a large bathroom with a bath ( in which you would not let your worsed enemy take a bath) We did have a beautiful terrace with view of Lloret de Mar and the sea. Will certainly not book at this organisation anymore, we asked for a different cottage but they made it clear that it was either this one or go home and not complain.

20/08/2006 The bungalow that we first got was in a terrible state. Ants everywhere, even in the beds. The seats were terribly dirty, the walls were peeling off, it was totally worn out. We immediately complained and we demanded a different bungalow. With a lot of effort we got one the next day. It looked like the picture in the brochures and it was okay.

19/08/2006 Our room did not have its own swimming pool and the terrace was in a bad state, there was a very beautful large palm tree. But that was also badly maintaned so you had the chance to get a branch on your head when you were enjoying a drink… the cottage was cosy but not too clean and dark inside.. Very beautiful area, but we did not have a beautiful view, we just looked out on the terrace of another cottage... Beautiful beach, good location.
