I stayed in L'Iris 15 with 4 persons. It was a renovated apartment. Great sanitary, all white and hygienic. A good shower, only a too small boiler, so only one person could shower in an hour, else the person after him had a cold shower. But Spain was hot enough, so hot water wasn't really needed. The windosframes, doors and facade were made of plastic. And we had roll-down shutter! Really perfect! The interior was classic Spanish from the 50's. The beds were clean, yet old, but we slept fine in those for the whole 2 weeks. It smelled somewhat musty though, but it didn't bother us. It was vacation afterall. The reception was indeed hard to find. It seemed that Dalvi administrations did the reception for Politur. You had to "climb" a hill to reach your apartment though, but you got used to it after a while and it was a good workout!
