Just got back, 8th time in this place and it was great!!! Good food, tasty drinks, clean rooms and friendly staff. A lot of belgians and dutch. You will really feel at home here. Eugenia Victoria is just great, I can't say it enough.

Nice hotel!

The staff work really hard to make the guests feel welcome. It's a shame that some people don't have the patience to wait for just a few minutes while they sort everything out!

Food was nice, could have been a bit hotter sometimes... My tip is to get a warm plate and to eat straightaway, no point in going round and round the buffet before you sit down to eat.

Breakfast was really nice, bread was a bit on the stale side and just isn't what I'm used to, but it was prepared in a Spanish factory so that was nice.

Free internet and gym!
Rooms are nice, spacious and clean.
On the second floor, saw one cockroach. Love the ventilation system!

Wasn't too impressed by the entertainment on offer, the professional shows are fantastic. Liked the live music, but it was a bit samey. It was funny to see the singer trying to sing in lots of different languages :)

All in all a nice hotel for people of all ages.

Really nice hotel. Staff are also really nice. Food is good, except the buffet for dinner. The rooms are clean. Lots of Dutch and Belgian people. Near to Chapparal and other activities. Can recommend swimming with sea lions. Reception can help you organise this. Wouldn't recommend a jeep safari as it's a waste of money. Away from the coast the island is all burnt and all you end up doing is getting lots of dust and dirt everywhere.
