Mer enn skuffet!
Beskrivelsen av hotellets plassering i Puerto Rico er fullstendig feil. Hotellet ligger
MYE høyere opp og MYE lengre fra stranden enn hva kartet tilsier. Dette falt svært negativt ut når en i reisefølget var en eldre kvinne med et så godt som nyoperert kne.
Resepsjonisten var lite imøtekommende ved forspørsel om bytte av rom pga absolutt INGEN sol på terrassen (med unntak av et LITE hjørne på veggen en snau halvtime.
Sengetøy ble ikke skiftet i løpet av de to ukene vi var der. ALDRI MER!!
