16/06/2008 Very good club hotel, this was the 4th time we went here and again we had a good time. The food is very good as well as the service. The staff is really friendly. Entertainment was good as well. For people that enjoy hiking this hotel could have a better location, it's built against the cliffs. But for a couple of euros the taxi will bring you down to Puerto Rico in a matter of minutes where you can walk and shop. A free hotel bus will be driving to Playa Aladores beach every half hour as well. All in all a good hotel for a nice vacation.

05/06/2008 We went to VistaMar at the end of May 2008 and we had a very good time. It is worth visiting and you know that it is located quite high when you book it, but it is all right by taxi. The room for four persons was neat and good and possible probels were solved immediately. The food was good and there was enough variation and always something you liked. The entertainment for the children was very good and there were Dutch speaking entertainers who did a lot of nice things with the children. There was evening entertainment at the bar of the hotel for adults, this was also well-arranged, our children aged 2 and 4 entertained themselves perfectly. It was a very successful holiday for us. This was our third holiday at the Rhiu hotel all inclusive and it again was worth doing again.

01/06/2008 Had an incredibly good leave from 21-05 until 31-05 2008. Everything was perfect. Those 1000 steps came in handy with all the good food (we were at the second floor). And every once in a while a walk to the beach of Amadores, which was incredibly clean. Worth visiting again.

02/12/2008 Hotel Riu Vistamar Puerto Rico Gran Canaria is a fantastic place to stay. Five visits and just about to go again. Food is excellent, rooms well presented and the service is amazing - nothing is too much trouble. Good value for money.

11/09/2007 Had a great holiday. Stayed here with my wife and child (1). The rooms were clean and had a nice view. The food is always great and theirs loads of variety. I would recommend the BBQ night. If I get the chance I would definitely come here again.

08/09/2007 We've stayed here seven times and we're going back on the 15th of September for a ten day holiday. It's a lovely hotel. We've stayed in a number hotels belonging to the RIU chain and this one is the best of the best.

11/09/2007 We've just got back from a week's stay in the RIU Vistamar. We picked this hotel because we wanted to relax and it completely fitted the bill, a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The food was tasty and there was loads of variety. Everyone was really friendly and our room looked nice. Next time we go to Gran Canaria we'll pick the same hotel.
