12/06/2008 We just returned from a holkiday of 11 days with our daughter of 2.5 years old. It was a very good holiday. It is all well-arranged, neat and clean apartment. There are all kinds of things the kids can do and there's entertainment in the evening. There is a very nice paddling pool, too bad that the water was that cold. The breakfast buffet was good. The complex is located central in the place, close to the beach and the centre. Also if you want to explore the island by car it is central and all kinds of things can be done nearby. The bus stops very close and there are several playgrounds for children nearby. If we go back to Mallorca again we will certainly return to Viva Palma Nova! An absolute recommend!

06/09/2007 We got back from Palma Nova a week ago. This was an excellent place for our children (1 and 3). They loved the Bufo disco and that was the highlight of my daughter's day. The entertainment and the pool were really excellent. The staff were really nice to our children. The shows at night were fairly loud but our children managed to sleep right through it all. The thing that annoyed us was the noise from the hall which kept us up all night (most nights that is).

04/09/2007 We just got back today (4/9). We had a really nice time here. We stayed here with our two children (1 and 2,5).

The hotel is a great place to stay with children. The entertainment, the pool, the playground and the mini-disco were all really nice!

We stayed in room 1005 which was on the ground floor. We brought a baby phone with us so we could sit near the pool and watch the shows at night while our children were sleeping. The room was really nice. (The beds were too hard so we ended up sleeping on the sofa which worked for us). The room wasn't really clean and that was disappointing.

The food here was really nice. The food wasn't really geared towards children (all they could eat were pasta and chips). Suppose that's the way it is when your on holiday.

Palma Nova and Magaluf are both within walking distance. There are lots of shops and a couple of beaches really nearby (5 minute walk with a pram).

I can definitely recommend this place.

27/08/2007 Our family also stayed in apartment 2211. You're letter of complaint was still in the room.
We've just got back and this was our 8th stay. The last time we stayed here was seven years ago. We really liked it here and we thought it was a shame that the entertainment stopped at 23.00! People can be really critical of things but I didn't see them joining in. I noticed that some parents couldn't even be bothered to clap when their children were dancing in the minidisco. We hope that next time we stay there'll be some more young people here and not just lots of Scandinavian tourists. We'll come and stay here again next year. Anyway people have different tastes. The entertainment team were nice: Henk, Costa, Roy etc and my best wishes to the rest of the staff: Jose, Oscar and Manuel. We loved staying here again and we think you're doing a great job!
