02/09/2007 We first had an appartment on the ground floor, but this was very dark because of the planting that grew on the balcony, which why we hardly had a view, so we asked for a different appartment and we got this one on the third floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the park. The appartments was spacious and tidy and was kept clean well. Also the garden looked very tidy. The only downside, we found, were the many noisy young people there. Santa Ponsa is a cute little place with a small beach in the bay. Most tourists here are English.

25/07/2007 The location is amazing. There's a view of the sea from the spacious balcony. The building and the apartment look a bit shabby. The apartment is still clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. The reception is on the other side of the road in the hotel. The lift doesn't always work which is a downside. It's a fairly quiet and small complex. The noise comes from the street cleaned every morning who drive round Santa Ponsa. This place is excellent value for money.

07/09/2007 The service to return back home was very poor. The shuttlebus was about 1.5 hours late, and there was no person from the tour operator at the airport. Furthermore, our flight was delayed 5 hours. We did not receive any information there, via telephonic contact with Holland, we finally find out what time our flight would depart and where it would land. This turned out to be in Rotterdam and from there we had to take the bus to Beek ( arrival time: 01.10am instead of 19.00pm). We took action ourselves to arrange some simple meal at the Mallorca Airport. There was no information whatsoever on the spot and we saw no-one from our travel agency.

17/06/2007 This is a nicely decorated apartment that is located near a steep road. It's worth the effort. The hotel isn't huge. We were allowed to use the hotel across the road's facilities.
