When we arrived here on 1 June there was nobody at the reception; other guests told us that the key was in the door lock and that we had to report at another apartment building; the reception only opened on 8 June as did the pool bar. There was nothing to do, the playground was just terrible and had best be removed.
The second week was a bit more crowded, there were also students that came for a school trip but that didn't bother us. The apartments were fine, old but fine. We had a 3 room apartment with two kids and two adults. The shop nearby is quite pricy, we went to the large supermarket (El Hyper) that's within easy access by bus 64.
The beach is around the corner.
The village of Santandria consists of 5 restaurants and that's about it, Cala Blanca is a bit more crowded and larger, you'll find it at 10 minutes walking distance.
