Beautiful unspoiled coast line in Les Rotes. Unique area. Avoid Las Marinas beach in summer (other side of Denia): nice beach but crowded with apartments, and little facilities to go for a stroll.
Denia is fortunately not overwhelmed with Brits, Germans or French.
Good urbanisation, quiet. Is probably already over 20 years old, but well maintained. It also has a relatively large space of garden as to amount of bungalows or people, which is rare nowadays. Our bungalow offered all we needed and was clean & tidy.
Great asset of the urbanisation is that it's only walking distance from Denia town, the marina and the beach. Small supermarket with bakery closeby, ideal for small shopping. Larger supermarkets just outside Denia or in town centre.
