PLAYA PUNTA PRIMA is adjacent to residential and non-residential buildings. The buildings that are visible from the beach are a blend of period and modern properties and are in reasonable condition. The sand is very fine and reasonably white. The beach appears to be clean. There are some rock formations on the beach. The seawater is a beautiful shade of light blue and is clear. The water is clean. PLAYA PUNTA PRIMA is quite short and narrow. The beach slopes somewhat. The beach is easily accessible. There is good parking near the beach.
