08/07/2011 Really a beautiful resort! We had a deluxe room (free upgrade) and were very satisfied; delicious, clean, beautiful spacious bathroom and balcony with nice boxspring seating area. Reception was very hospitable. Eating; Breakfast insanely: much choice from all corners of the world. Lunch, snacks and dinner: pricey, have good quality. Between the afternoon there was an ice cream snack or handed out by the pool. BBQ on the beach from the hotel is beautiful; well organized. Very expensive compared with the offer in the town. Beach: looks beautiful, but don't expect that you can swim here. Very shallow water (and hot!). Chaweng beach is pressure, and then we sat in the preseason ... Tips: massages! Equally good and cheap. eat! Try, it is more hygienic than you think! Prego was an attraction. Also in North Chaweng Beach on the beautiful restaurants that are located are calmer.

29/03/2011 we had this trip booked as honeymoon. so we got a deluxe room with a kind of cottage all surprises of this super and very luxurious. the operation was excellent the breakfast too. also at the swimming pool ideal that you don't like your advance reservation and if you towel longer if may bed an hour lies desolate it is removed. and close to the Centre on a few 100 m distance where you can eat a lot cheaper. also we have delicious eaten at an English/Irish puppy. also you had for the crossing to the other side of the street of the hotel crossings so you can cross safely. also recommended is the ladyboy show in the Center certainly entertaining and yet also a fun show. This hotel is worth coming back to. Very relaxing for the two of us.

10/02/2011 Super good hotel in a perfect location!! Quiet location but within 5 minutes (ongoing) you sit in the cosy Centre of Chaweng Beach. Hotel consists of a part on the beach (superior rooms) and a portion what is separated by a road. (the luxury rooms) We had superior posted but this was not available and got a free deluxe room. Those are really much wider than the superior and despite that they are not to the beach hand layers we were happy with it! It is from that side 2 minutes walk to the beach! Service is fantastic! No hassle with towels, breakfast is super, eating at the hotel is good but in the Centre are cheaper and better restaurants! The better and what more expensive restaurants are TOP TEN and PREGO! Fantastic eaten! But we also have eaten a times along the way and that really costs nothing! Centre cosy and fun to shopping! The safari tour and river isle tour are real picks! So you see something of the Mainland too!

22/08/2010 The hotel Amari Palm Reef Resort was a wonderful, luxurious and excellent hotel! Furthermore each morning a very extensive, luxury, delicious breakfast! On a short stroll from the Centre, you walk within 5 min. to the Nice shops/souvenir shops. The restaurant Prego, part of the hotel, is a definite must! Delicious eaten! Further every day on COTS at the beach. The staff keeps a close eye on the towels. Is your towel less than an hour left on a bed, it is removed! A very good line, therefore works perfect and so you don't have your hand cloth already gone very early. Sit on the beach, where you also Beach sellers for a low price drink, fruit, ice cream etc, can buy. Cheaper if in the hotel. It is also just allowed. In short, a fantastic holiday!!

23/07/2010 Wicked hotel! We award this hotel a big 10 +. Breakfast was very extensive. Homemade jam and choice from 15 species, different types of siege and cheese. Too many to mention. If you lay by the pool, they came along a few times with tasty snacks, such as fruit drinks, fresh fruit, baguette with tuna, ice creams. delicious. A good tip: take part in a Thai evening on the beach. beautifully covered tables with White tablecloths, chairs white lined with blue bows and the main: the extensive buffet. More romantic can't. Hotel is located just outside the hustle and bustle of chaweng beach. Beautiful hotel and very good. Well donet!!

23/09/2007 This was an amazing holiday and we really loved the hotel. We stayed here in August.?There were ten of us. Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a five minute walk to the centre so the location is excellent.
We can't think of anything here that could have been better. I can really recommend this place!!!

25/06/2007 I can only hightlight that this is a five star resort with five star service for the price of a European 3 star hotel! The rooms are clean and had everything we needed. There are two pools with staff on duty.?The staff provide clean towels. The pools are really clean and there's an area for small children which was nice as we were here with our two little children. There are security officers on duty here (didn't really think they were neccesary). Te staff in the restaurant are really friendly and helpful. We ate in Prego twice.?Prego is an Italian restaurant that is located near the resort. The food there is amazing. We hired a lovely bus with a chauffer to show us the island on a five hour tour.?That cost 2000 baht = 45 euros. I can really recommend this place as it's suitable for children. Hiring transport in places outside the hotel is probably cheap but I like the security the hotel provides.?It made me feel much safer here. I can really recommend this place.

13/07/2006 We stayed in Koh Samui for the first time 12 years ago. We stayed there in 2005 also. The island has changed rapidly. It's not as nice as it used to be. We liked Amari, a good locaton, nice apartments across the street. Good food. Kind people. Lots of Rus

12/12/2007 We stayed at this place in December 2002 and we had a great time. A beautiful hotel. Good service. Kind personnel, not too kind though. Neat and beautiful rooms.
