12/06/2008 Just got back from Turunc. I stayed in the Turunc hotel. There were 6 of us. Four teenagers between 16 and 20 and two adults. The area is amazing. It's a two hour drive from Dalaman but it's well worth the trip. The area is lovely and quiet and the beach is really romantic. The beach can only be used by the hotel's guests. It's a ten minute walk to the quiet village which has something to offer everyone. The staff are friendly and they work really hard. The hotel is really well maintained. It's quite large but the hotel really feels cosy. One thing: We stayed in building four on the fourth floor. I can't recommend that. All the guests from building number five had to walk back and forth past our room to the lift. That was quite noisy. It didn't bother us too much because we all had earplugs. I would definitely come and stay here again. This hotel is suitable for children of all ages.

10/06/2008 We usually stay for just eight days but this time we really regretted having to go home. We would have loved to stay. The only downside is the bus ride which takes 2 and a half hours. The last half an hour is through the mountains and it's not for the faint of heart. I can really recommend this hotel.

07/12/2007 In September I stayed at this hotel, yesterday I hurried to book again for next year, but this time for three weeks in May for a mere 711 euros. For this sum I cannot go anywhere in Belgium, I have truly enjoyed the surrounding area and the silence. Recommendable because here you can read a book at the pool in silence, WITHOUT MUSIC.

28/10/2007 We stayed at this hotel from 6-16 October. Variation in food was limited, but it was good. Bad service during dinner, no cutlery, sometimes plastic cutlery, dirty plates stayed on the table for a long time. We twice experienced that the plates were cleared away while we were still eating. Bad beds, the plug in the bathroom didn't fit the bath or washbasin. Ice tea was out and during the last days they also ran out of coke at the snack bar. Bad sun beds on the beach.
