08/09/2010 Niet de mooiste stad van Turkije, maar wel echt Turks, vergeet de buitenwijken, ook echt Turks, met rijen van die gigantiesche betonkolossen. Een mengeling van oud (villa's in en rondom het centrum) en nieuw (vooral beton uit de jaren 70) met zo hier en daar en juweeltje en een haventje met drijvende (vis)restaurantjes, waarvan sommigen van ongekende kwaliteit. Extreem veel vriendelijke Turken.
Zoals zoveel plaatsen in die omgeving geen schoonheidsprijs voor het mooiste dorp/stad van Turkije, maar aangenaam.
