When we arrived at 7am in the morning after a tiring journey, the hotel was full. The staff, however, was pleasant, but only 1 person speaks reasonable English, the rest not at all. You must always ask for clean towels and sheets etc yourself. Airco is expensive, 6 euro a day. The pool is dirty, no chlorine. Half the hotel guests had ears problems. The food is rather expensive. Always the same music and at night there is nobody in the bar or the restaurant. The rooms, however, are very large, large balcony, but are barely cleaned. Kitchen utensils present, crockery and cutlery are very medicore. A lot of power cuts and no emergency generator, therefore sometimes you are without electricity for hours (and therefore without airco and sometimes even without water). After a couple days I just wanted to go home, but afterwards luckily it became a bit better. The state of maintenance is bad. concrete renovation in the Netherlands would not even start work on this any more. Do not go there!
