18/08/2011 Absolutely does not comply with ***** standard. Common hotel areas are not air-conditioned even not the restaurants and lobby. The atmosphere inside is like in a greenhouse or in a sty, which is especially unpleasant during the meal time. The sea is dirty. There are large stones already in the small depth. This is very dangerous during entering and leaving sea in the waves which are almost constantly. Food is like everywhere else, the term "Ultra All Inclusive" is nonsense. The same holiday can be bought for far less money.

08/06/2009 Buffett wait staff took photos of my 15 month old son and the 2 year old son of my friend. They were all young men so I'm not sure what they were up to.

Anyway, being here was like being in the Twilight Zone. I was never sure what was going on, Staff was unhelpful, place was made of cheap materials.

There are better places so just STAY WAY.

25/03/2008 This was really vallue for money. All inclusive with free bar, minibar, food, wellness and so on. Everything really kept nice, clean and friendly.

01/12/2007 After a couple of years of having been to Botanic , we booked Utopia.

Conclusion,

Utopia is nowhere near as good as Botanic, therefore next year, you will have guessed it already, I recommend Botanic again!

24/11/2007 Hotel just opened (July 2007).
Is now closed 3 months, to finish everything.
Became nicer still than it already was.
Is just great, Panorama is fantastic..
entertainment, staff, the food, simply great.
certainly a must.
