Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it is only the actual building which is five stars not the Hotel as a business that is. Most of the staff members could do with some training in public relations.
Spa members were very polite and efficient specially Jareck and Yusuf.
Habib and his Team were very pleasant and made our stay very special.
Chefs were very polite and helpful
The female waitresses were rude and unhelpful except for the ones working in the patisserie whom were nice.
The Customer Relations Rep was rude and unhelpful
The Animation Team was poor. Some of their games were unsuitable for the children. Team seemed to favored a small group of guess whom they made sure involved them in all the games. Team were not so attentive towards other guests.
No lifeguard was at the pool.
In eight days we never saw the pool being cleaned.
Food was quite repetitive.
Someone through a dirty nappy in the bin near the lift but until the next day nappy was not removed. There was a horrible small on the whole of the fifth floor
If this Hotel really want to be a five star hotel lots of improvements need to be made to reach that level. As a building it is a really beautiful building.
