08/11/2010 Been there for the 2nd time and in contrast to the 1st time (last year Easter) a lot of things were not ok. The food was cold and was almost the same during the whole week, bad service (unclean glasses, no knifes, no forks, no plates). We even had one day without toiletpaper. The poolwater is icy-cold. Tiles around pool were broken. Bowling-room (to be payed) has 4 lanes, of which only 1 was working and even this lane was worn out (ball deviates from left to right and vice versa). Children-pool was one day closed because of human faeces in the pool !!!
At once (beginning from november 1st) some facilities were abandoned.
This is a hotel where we'll never return !!!

05/12/2007 Our room was in the second main building. It was small (claustrophobia in the bathroom). The main restaurant was crowded, unpleasant and chaotic. The separate restaurants weren't much either and usually the service is too hasty. After a complaint (also to the hostess) about the bad 2nd main building we were strung along with promises of moving us to the 1st main building. After 5 days we decided to stay where we were, despite the inconveniences such as bad air-co, next to a busy road and warehouses and staff parking.

01/12/2007 Under normal circumstances this could be a good hotel. However, we stayed here in the last week before it would close (which we didn't know because when we tried to book a 2nd week the hotel appeared to be fully booked). The first 3 days there was nothing wrong apart from some unfriendly (exhausted) staff members (not the majority). Good food, neat.... After 3 days disaster struck. No entertainment at night, it was really boring. They collected all the beach and pool chairs. They already started clearing everything without taking the guests into account. I'm sorry but because of this they won't see us again.
