Super hotel with great rooms, food is very good, location is very nice as well. Only a 2 mile walk to Art Deco and the shops. Service is excellent. Don't accept a room next to the elevator though. The rest is great.

We spent one week there in The Palms, we had a lovely vacation. Real friendly people and helpful too. For shops and art deco you will need a car or cab.

Just got back from Palms. Lovely week, great hotel. Meals and drinks are kind of expensive but ok. Lincoln Road Mall is 5 minutes by car. Shops and restaurants nearby, we had a great time!
