We went with our family, father, mother and two sons aged 19 and 22 years for a week to New York. We slept in the Da Vinci hotel. A good hotel, the four of us stayed in one not really big room, but there was space enough. the lady who received us, was very pleasant and she remained this the rest of the week. The other lady and a man I would almost not call professional, they were not interested, they do as you tell them, but nothing more.
The room lay at the street, but we slept well. The cleaning was good and we got clean towels every day. It was very pleasant that there was a, indeed very simple, breakfast, which we just took it upstairs, so that we could begin the day in a laidback manner.
On the other side of the street was a big hotel with a porter, who, very annoyingly, constantly blew a whistle for a taxi for his customers. But the Da Vinci hotel can be recommended.
