The waiting time on arrival must be improved to accommodate the numbers arriving at the same time. We had driven 8 hours and had to wait for 40 minutes to check in. In the main the staff were very helpful however we did experience bad attitude on several occasions, specifically when asking for equipment which should have been provided as part of our inventory.
Something needs to be done about the reserving of bed around the pool. On several occasions we were forced to sit on the floor . We were continuously being told not to wear flip flops around the pool , but the same people refused to enforce the "no Reserving beds " rule.
