Showers and toilets not cleaned well. Should be pressure washed and or scrubed. Pool smelled bad, milky water, way to crowded regarding Corona. Spar store was expensive but had nice bread. Our location was fine.

Camping is huge and mostly French oriented, you have to keep that in mind as French is the main language for e.g. activities etc. Premium area is very nice and close to the beach. WiFi is extremely bad, paid extra for 3 devices with the speed of a snail. Waste of money unfortunately. All the rest is very well organised and close to everything you need. Last 3 days, French family with loud music throughout the day arrived. Despite camping crew past by several times, nothing was done about it. You would expect some more attention on this.

The price of the cabin was way too high. It was sold to us as if it was standing in dunes, close to the see. In reality the cabin was in the same pine forest as all the other cabins and with cosmetic trics you have made the cabin look more luxurious. No value for money.

Though the quality of the food in the restaurant was decent 3 out of 3 times we ordered food, the wrong meal was served.

Stayed here with my wife and infant son. Good surfing location, with the nearest break a 10mn walk away. Great location to explore the Basque region and the Biscay area. Loved my stay, have booked for next year already

Carl was brilliant from eurocamp, sorted out all of the issues we had with a shower which was not rectified by the off site tradesman. Very polite informative and professional.

The waiting time on arrival must be improved to accommodate the numbers arriving at the same time. We had driven 8 hours and had to wait for 40 minutes to check in. In the main the staff were very helpful however we did experience bad attitude on several occasions, specifically when asking for equipment which should have been provided as part of our inventory.

Something needs to be done about the reserving of bed around the pool. On several occasions we were forced to sit on the floor . We were continuously being told not to wear flip flops around the pool , but the same people refused to enforce the "no Reserving beds " rule.

We had a wonderful time at Le Vieux Port. We would strongly consider going back. The site and location was perfect. We particularly loved having a VIP pitch. The only reason it didn’t score it 10’s across the board is because there should always be room for improvement.

The site was the best we have ever stayed on. The swimming pool complex was amazing as was the beach. The toilets and showers were clean and you never had to queue. The only negative side was the booking in procedure as the reception was very busy on Saturday the only day we were allowed to arrive. Would make it easier for touring caravans and motorhomes to arrive on other week days as well.

Standard camping pitch too small, even for our a little camper. This is not acceptable for a “5 star campsite” and for 90 euros per night. Very disappointed about the lack of space on your site. Kids weren’t able to play around our pitch. We won’t come back again.
