We are were cold at night as we aasumed a blanket would be available as many campsites include these. Our campsite b21 was very loud with internal traffic but exterior traffic was surprisingly very loud.

I was with my family for 10 days and every day the same problem appeared in the restaurant, most of the staff did not understand English, placing orders and waiting for meals took a long time

beautiful place with very helpful and friendly staff. my only negative is that i feel charging extra for use of balneo and wi fi is unnessecary and should be included. having said that we have really enjoyed and shall return!

Site is wonderfull and very very clean. All the employees are very friendly.

We stayed at this resort in August. Overall I would say that we were not impressed. The pool is actually much smaller than on the photos and whilst it is good for young children its twists and turns make it difficult to swim in. The Panorama Restaurant was best described as chaotic, as they only seemed to trust one member of staff to operate the till. The bar area was the same. We stayed in a “Newport” mobile home; it was clean but a bit on the tired side. For the best part of £2300.00 (this was actually one of the cheaper ones) for a fortnight it was very poor value for money. The sheet and towel hire were off the scale at 60 Euros Per Bed, we went out and bought new for less than the price of one bed. We also had to pay the 70 Euro cleaning fee, even though we left it spotless, as we needed to leave early and the reception was not open to inspect the cleanliness of cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay at the camping site in Frejus! Nice pool, nice playgrounds for kids, well located. Walking uphill was no problem for us, besides it was not high season anymore and the temperature was not that high. The swimming pool is located in the highest and the coolest place on the site! Because of the wind it quickly got cold there, even though the temperature stayed around 25 degrees. The internet site said that the water would be heated but it was never heated once during our stay there. So unfortunately our 11-months-old son could not go swimming. The water was really too cold! The lady who provided entertainment did all she could but her activities were not adapted to the right age group (4 year olds). It was the only age group at the site at that time. Apart from that everything was poorly organized. The food in the restaurant by the pool was not particularly tasty. There was a shortage of personnel at the site and they made you wait quite long (even with little children). We had to return our food once because it was poorly prepared. Our caravan was nice and clean! A lot of privacy.

As you can see, I gave camping in Frejus an 8, so overall this is a very good place to relax. The only thing I did not like, were the beds. I don’t usually complain, but you could really feel the springs sticking out of the mattress. Lying on it was not pleasant at all... and one more thing you should know. You have to inform 2 days in advance about leaving the camp, and if you clean the house yourself, it needs to be inspected. It's basically nothing, but there is a special waiting list, so if you miss it, you will have to delay your departure. For example, we already managed to arrange the inspection for 10:30 am.

On the whole, camping in Fréjus is a very friendly place. What bothered us, were big differences in the levels of the ground what sometimes made biking and walking to the camping shop tiring. In the area you can find everything. There is a disco (not too crowded), a swimming pool (rather an artificial river), a shop, tourist information office, etc. Though we were disappointed when it turned out that for the bike repair, which was supposed to be free, we had to pay. On the campsite there was also a spa centre but an all-day card was very expensive. Besides the bus which supposedly took people from the campsite, didn’t really drive up even to the entrance. Besides, it was often so full that we had to wait for the next one (so eventually we stopped using it). The service seemed to be ok, but it was not always practical. The trailer called Provence was in a great state.

We are a family with children and had a disapointing experience. The swimming pool had little or no shadow. We took or own umbrella for the sun. That was not allowed according to the life guard. But no alternatives were given. It was "part of the rules", because an accident happened some while ago. So in fact, we were obliged to stay in the sun! (take in notice that the sun was even hotter at the tent place). Very strange; a swimming pool with almost no shadow places and not permitting your own solution.

Furthermore; the cleaning of the toilets was poor. Of course the guests make a waste themselves, but the poor cleaning doesn't compensate the waste. Last but not least, the price/quality is bad. I like it for the owner to make good money (with his Audi SQ5 car), but maybe an extra cleaning or investing in umbrella is an good alternative.

For childeren, the facilities are good. Nice playground.

And; the weather is good :-)

The park is so secure and child friendly. Our unit had air con and sheets and towels provided. We have stayed in many mobile sites but never one this good. The pool area is fantastic and our three kids spent all day on the slides which are a lot cheaper than Aqualand! They are free.Food was very good and kean priced. Hilly but that is good for you so don't complain.
