Rooms nice and lots of space. Pools great. Lots of sunbeds but I suggest you get up early to get your favourite sunlounger.

Reception not so great, got palmed off when asked for a different room as the one we were in was a bit noisy. Reception also promises to contact you but does not.

What a nice hotel. Very nice reception on the first day. The lady at the front desk informed us that due to the baby bed in the room we would get a free upgrade. After complaining that the bed was too hard for me, we were brought comfortable mattresses in half an hour. Service in the restaurant asked us if we have any culinary wishes due to the presence of our 15-month-old son. The next day we got boiled potatoes, soft-boiled vegetables and salmon fillet for our toddler. What a service. I'm picky when it comes to food, but I had a lot of things to choose from every night. Breakfast was also very varied. The rooms super clean and well maintained. The interior can be called old-fashioned, but nothing was dirty or broken and nothing caused problems (neither door nor the headrest in bed). An advantage is also free WiFi in the lobby. There is dresscode during meals for men. Therefore, the people there were only the well-mannered ones.

Good location, great rooms, great food, friendly staff. In short, everything what you need! You really feel that you are the guest. Reception desk staff extremely polite. Well organized towel service at the swimming pool. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. We were there during the Christmas season. The food was great! In one word: wonderful! I highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a very nice location with good service, that can solve everything. Everything is handled very quickly. Kudos for the staff. The hotel is located directly by the promenade. After a 10-minute walk, you are in the shopping area, with a nice restaurant with a wide choice of food. It also organizes Spanish evenings. I've never seen such amount of shrimp .... delicious ... Rooms spacious and well cleaned every day! We will certainly return.

It is a beautiful and clean hotel. Excellent service. They will do anything for you. You are able to eat breakfast in the dining room or outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. You are also able to eat at the restaurant during the evening, close to the pool. I can recommend that (also for smokers). The food was very tasty and varied every day. There is a buffet at the restaurant with a set menu and service (whatever you prefer). It is not a hotel suitable for kids. I prefer a different hotel for the kids. This is a quiet place with a lot of luxury.

I was surprised about the high score of this hotel. The food was not all that, there was a lot but the quality was poor. The name PALACE (****+) is supposed to mean good food. We had to eat inside and only two times available (18:00 and 20:00 o'clock). We did not like that. You were able to eat for just an hour and the personnel already started to clean the table. The personnel was friendly but not very service-oriented. This is a mediocre hotel. The location was good, but the garden with the pool was not exactly cosy. You can not compare this place to Jaemos Playa (Lanzarote ****). The neighbourhood was fine. The area behind the neighbourhood was very poor, a run-down area. It is just depressive.

Magnificently situated hotel, directly at the sea with beautiful garden. Tremendous service with carefully kept rooms and buffets with wide choice. Showcooking could be better, but in general good price / quality standard.

We stayed in this hotel from Aug 12 - Aug 27 and this is definitely a recommendation to people who like a peaceful holiday. The service was good. And very friendly. Good food. We can also recommend Rui Palace Maspalomas in Gran Canaria.

A splendid hotel. The location close to the sea is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and very neat. The service could not get any better. The staff is very friendly, no effort is too much for them. If you like a quiet holiday, this hotel is very suitable. In the garden and around the swimmingpool it nice and peaceful. No screaming and yelling kids. From the swimmingpool you can walk straight onto the boulevard a go for a great walk along the sea, for miles. Nice shops and restaurants along the way. A recommendation. We have been here 3 times already and we will come back again.

we have only just got back. This is the fifth time we went there. We had a really great holiday. The staff is very friendly. Really good.
