we had a nice week in Kusadasi

Dirty pool area, dirty chairs, floor. Rooms are clean but just where you might step. Doors, balcony lockers are very dirty. The staircase is also very dirty. The staff is quite friendly, especially guest relations, waiters, cleaning personnel are very friendly. The staff at the pide and burger snack bar is horrible, unfriendly. The towel desk had the friendliest and most helpfull employee, Berkay. The Spa staff is very pushy and harrassing women (the guy with the ugly whitened teeth Hicmet). Creepy person. Overall nice location, but needing a thorough cleaning. Food was ok. Will not come back though.

the animation team there is so nice they enjoy all the small children but also teenagers, and alper is cool

I'm Anna Jordanova. I spent my summer vacantion with my boyfrined there.It'a amazing ans quietly hotel. The people who working there makes you feel like God. The hotel is on the beach. Every evening from our room we looked tne most beautiful and unreality sunset. There is a lot of fun with the entertainers :). The all hotel is a see view, from resaurant, from bar, from pool, from garden. If you like the history there is too many places to vizit: Efes - antique town, Cotton Hill, Santa Maria's house.

I recommend this hotel from all my hearth.

This was our second stay. This hotel looks great after the renovation work. The buildings have an extra floor and the gardens have lovely trees, plants and grass. There are some nice paths and the paintwork looks fresh. The rooms look really nice and the food is amazing. There's plenty of variety. There was lots of new staff and they were all really friendly. The entertainment team is great for children. There are four pools. One of which has sea water in it. The children's pool has slides. I can really recommend this place to families. There are just three things: not enough toilets on the patio, Security people can just walk in and the photographers can be a pain. I will definitely come and stay here again as we had an amazing time.

Here several times have been then it still of Pine Bay were. This year it has proceeded in other hands and can say that quality has not helped. Clean bad, quality food a lot reverse and the entertainment has even become road bad. Staff still pleasant but could make clear less contact with the guests as formerly. We worried about in the new part and the room storte halfly. Curtains hung loose, plafon in bathroom came halfly down and taps continued walk. This greatior grind declared and they will paint eventually the bathroom!!! 2 days painting air on the room have. too upon arrival were ready the room there dirty klef roll on whereas you were formerly taken care of in the restaurant with what to eat.

In short this is the last time that I have been here now. Time for something new!

I as very last guest have left of the resort which on will close 16 October. If well understood the old part with standaardkamers this winter is cultivated. That no greatfluous luxury, had a room has been got there where I was not concerning. That it is old okay, but dirtily no… Another room should examine directly which considerable more spacious and cleaner was. Was eat there in abundance and nice, but warm dishes little choice. Staff all just as pleasant, just and in for a chat, such as I.Aarts already said boys to Deniz and Fatih nice: -) Return very well towards my sense have, there certainly once more to. Then just returned even something reasonable, last days was it very quiet with 28 guests… Went for my rest but that was something at; -))
